With a 22㎡ heat exchange surface, stable 3700W cooling power and exclusive 6mm wide fin spacing, this refrigeration evaporator delivers gentle, even dual-direction airflow. It eliminates localized overcooling and protects sensitive fresh food, making it the ideal small-scale cooling solution for food sorting and light bulk storage.

Medium-temperature cold rooms handling fruits, vegetables and fresh ingredients carry high humidity that easily clogs narrow fin air coolers with thick frost, forcing frequent shutdown cleaning. This cold room cooling unit adopts a specialized 6mm fin gap design, greatly slowing frost accumulation on coils. Its matched 1600W coil and water dish defrost heating elements shorten defrost duration, lowering monthly maintenance labor and minimizing production downtime for food processing lines.

Built for long-term humid food workshop environments, the whole housing uses powder-coated aluminum sheet to resist moisture and chemical corrosion from food cleaning water vapor. Staggered copper tube-aluminum fin coils are mechanically expanded for tight bonding and efficient heat exchange. Fitted with quiet external rotor fan motors, the dual φ350 fans run at low noise levels, creating a comfortable working environment for on-site food sorting staff without disturbing daily operation.
