The DSD-18.7/100 cooler evaporator is a high-capacity double-outlet refrigeration unit designed for large medium-temperature food processing workshops and fresh distribution transfer warehouses above 8℃. Equipped with 3 φ500 axial fans, a 100㎡ staggered heat exchange coil and 6mm widened fin spacing, it delivers a stable 18700W cooling capacity with a total air volume of 19500m³/h. The dual-direction air supply forms a three-dimensional circulating airflow field, effectively eliminating cold dead corners in 80–100㎡ storage spaces, making it ideal for large fresh sorting centers and bulk cooked food transfer warehouses.

Featuring a universal ceiling-mounted structure and standard φ25mm inlet / φ40mm outlet pipe connections, this cooler evaporator is fully compatible with most mainstream refrigeration compressor systems, requiring no extensive pipeline modification for both new construction and old warehouse retrofit projects. Its modular casing design supports quick on-site assembly and commissioning, which effectively cuts installation labor and time costs. Targeting the high-humidity operating environment of medium-temperature food workshops, this unit adopts 6mm wide fin spacing to slow down frost accumulation, paired with an 8000W coil defrost heater and 4000W water dish defrost system to complete defrost quickly with minimal temperature fluctuation. The powder-coated aluminum housing resists moisture and corrosion, and high-quality external rotor motors ensure stable long-term operation with low failure rate.
