Assembly Notes

Remove gaskets when brazing rotolock fittings.
Always use new gaskets when assembling.
Connect the compressor to the system as soon as possible to avoid contamination of the lubricant with moisture from the surrounding environment.
When cutting pipes, avoid material entering the system. Do not drill holes if you cannot remove burrs.
Use the latest technology, nitrogen flow in the vent pipe, and extreme caution for brazing.
Connect required protection devices and controls. Remove internal valves when making connections using schrader ports.
