To troubleshoot the compressor suction temperature is too high, you can do this:

① Properly increase the opening degree of the thermal expansion valve and increase the liquid supply to the evaporator to meet the demand of the refrigeration load, which can reduce the suction temperature;

② Do a good job in the insulation treatment of the compressor suction pipe to prevent a large amount of harmful overheating, and also reduce the excessively high suction temperature;

③ Adjust the return air duct and shorten its length as much as possible to reduce harmful overheating conditions. Doing this can eliminate the problem of excessively high suction temperature of the compressor.

The scroll compressor is a positive displacement compressor, and the compression components are composed of a movable scroll and a fixed scroll. A number of structural features are included that allow the bypass flow of gas through the compressor housing to reduce entrained oil.

After entering the housing, some of the gas flows upwards to reduce the amount of gas flowing down towards the oil. To achieve this, the motor of the compressor may be surrounded by a sleeve having upper and lower holes for directing air flow to the upper and lower stator end turns of the motor.
