Why do some compressors often damage the compressor due to the excessive running current of the compressor? Let us summarize the reasons.

1. There is too little lubricating oil, but the mechanical calorific value does not decrease, which leads to high oil temperature, and then increases the operating current.

2. Too little refrigerant will cause the lubricating oil to absorb the mechanical friction heat and be cooled by the return refrigerant. If the refrigerant is superheated when returning to the compressor, the oil temperature will eventually be too high.

3. Poor high pressure condensation. The compressor discharge pressure reflects the condensation pressure, the normal value should be 1.4 ~ 1.6Mpa, and the protection value should be 2.0MPa. If the pressure is too high for a long time, the current will be too high.

4. Check the accuracy of the meter!
