Installation Instructions:

1). Separate and clean each pipeline in the system, pour the pipeline condenser with cleaning, soak in the evaporator for about 20 minutes, and then use high-pressure oxygen to remove the cleaning and dirt.

Flush out together, do not clean the compressor dryer bottle, accumulator, and tube. and ensure that no cleaning fluid remains in the system,

If necessary, use nitrogen to dry the refrigerant circuit.

2). Clean the surface of the condenser and evaporator, and check whether the speed of the radiator fan is normal.

3). Expansion valve cleaning or replacement of the filter capillary must be replaced, insufficient capacitance needs to be replaced.

4). Before installation, the compressor can be energized to test that the compressor is normally welded, evacuated, and nitrogen filled to check the high and low pressure. If the pressure is

abnormal, please diagnose the cause and install it.

5). Refilling genuine snow, fake and inferior snow will affect compressor used.
