During the operation, how to avoild the problem of Danfoss R22 380V compressor.

Danfoss compressor problem treatment measures:

1. Pressure drop Management: set up pressure gauges in each section of the pipeline. Generally, the pressure drop from the outlet of Danfoss compressor to the point of use in the factory should not exceed 1 bar, strictly not more than 10%, i.e. 0.7 bar. The pressure drop of the filter section of the cold dryer is generally 0.2 bar. Check the pressure drop of each section in detail, and timely check and maintain the pipe network section with problems.

2. Carefully evaluate the pressure demand of gas equipment, and try to reduce the discharge pressure of compressor under the condition of ensuring production. The cylinder of many gas equipment only needs 3-4 bar, and a few manipulators only need more than 6 bar. When the pressure is lower than 1 bar, the energy saving is about 7-10%.

3. Try to arrange annular pipe network in the factory to balance the air pressure at each point.

4. The number of Danfoss compressors is small, so a frequency conversion air regulator can be used. If the number of Danfoss compressors is more than 4 or 5, it can achieve good energy saving effect through reasonable parameter setting, reasonable size configuration and the means mentioned above
