Designed as a primary compression engine for ultra-large water-cooled chillers and central HVAC systems, the 06TVW680 features a 225 HP rating and a high volumetric displacement of up to 1133 m³/hr (944 m³/hr at 50Hz). Integrated with an economizer subcooling loop and optimized for R134a refrigerant, it delivers consistent mass flow under heavy-duty continuous cooling operations.

To optimize part-load energy performance in variable-demand commercial facilities, this compressor features continuous stepless capacity regulation (25%-100% or 15%-100%). Precision SKF/NSK bearings absorb axial and radial forces, while an integrated internal check valve prevents gas backflow and rotor reverse rotation at shutdown, extending overall drivetrain longevity.

Built on a semi-hermetic architecture, the 06TVW680 includes an external oil filter assembly and standardized 5-inch suction and 4-1/8-inch discharge connection ports to facilitate straightforward maintenance. Built-in motor winding NTC thermistors, an internal safety relief valve, and suction strainers provide multi-layer protection across multi-voltage global power supplies.
