Semi-enclosed piston machine can not establish oil pressure how to deal with?

1. Check the oil pump piping system connection has no oil leakage or blockage is leakage. If the connection is loose, the joint should be tightened; if it is blocked, the oil pipeline should be unblocked.

2. Is the oil pressure regulating valve open too large or with the spool off. If the oil pressure regulating valve is not properly adjusted, the oil pressure regulating valve should be adjusted and the oil pressure should be adjusted to the required value; if it belongs to the valve spool off, the valve spool should be reinstalled and fastened firmly.

3. If the oil in the crankcase is too little or the presence of refrigerant, it will lead to the oil pump does not feed oil. If the oil is too little should be timely refueling; if the latter, to stop in time to exclude the refrigerant.
