1, close the high-pressure exhaust and low-pressure suction shut-off valve, use the process valve needle on the press to release the refrigerant inside the press, so that the shrink crankcase is connected to the atmosphere.

 

2, open the oil release plug at the bottom case of the crankcase, put the refrigerant oil in the crankcase and take off the filter to clean it.

 

3, use nitrogen gas to blow in from the low-pressure filling valve needle, block the oil release port by hand to increase the pressure inside the machine, further exclude the residual oil inside the machine, blow dry the cleaned strainer, put it into the machine body and tighten the oil release plug.
