The 06CC675 is an ultra-high-displacement 20 HP compressor semi hermetico engineered specifically for demanding low-temperature industrial freezing systems and supermarket parallel racks. Operating with a 6-cylinder configuration split into 4 low-pressure stage cylinders and 2 high-pressure stage cylinders, it delivers an impressive low-stage displacement of 71.2 m³/h and high-stage displacement of 35.6 m³/h at 1450 RPM. Designed to operate efficiently in deep-freeze environments from -30°C down to -50°C, it provides maximum thermal capacity for large-scale cold storage facilities.

Operating standard single-stage compressors at high compression ratios creates severe thermal stress, leading to high discharge temperatures and oil degradation. The 06CC675 compressor semi hermetico eliminates these operational risks by dividing compression across two internal stages inside a single body. Equipped with an integrated plate heat exchanger subcooler, this architecture increases liquid subcooling before entering the evaporator, which lowers system refrigerant charge, enables smaller liquid piping, and optimizes overall COP.

Constructed with a heavy cast-iron crankcase weighing 243 kg and featuring a 9.0 L oil capacity, this compressor semi hermetico guarantees exceptional reliability under continuous heavy-duty cycles. Functioning as a direct technical replacement for the 06CY675 model, it comes standard with 42 mm (1-5/8 in) suction and 35 mm (1-3/8 in) discharge rotalock valve interfaces. It offers broad refrigerant flexibility, supporting R404A, R507, and R22.
