06DR718 Chiller Reciprocating Compressor

Engineered for demanding industrial cooling, environmental chambers, commercial air conditioning, and water chillers, the 06DR718 is a high-efficiency 5HP chiller reciprocating compressor. Built on a robust 4-cylinder semi-hermetic chassis, it delivers a high swept displacement of 25.80 m³/h at 1450 RPM. Featuring oversized suction passages to prevent turbulence and lower pressure drops, this model optimizes motor cooling and power consumption across dual-frequency 50Hz and 60Hz power grids.

To withstand continuous heavy-load operations, the 06DR718 incorporates premium Swedish steel valve plates and specially contoured pistons designed to match suction valve pockets, significantly reducing clearance volume and boosting volumetric output. Its internal connecting rods are built with drilled lubrication passages that continuously feed oil directly to wrist pins and shaft bearing surfaces. Supported by an automatic reversible high-flow oil pump and an expanded 2.6 L crankcase oil sump, the compressor protects against sudden oil dilution during cold starts and system restarts.

Energy management is streamlined through integrated 50% suction cutoff capacity control. By mechanically blocking gas flow to two cylinders under partial system loads, the 06DR718 maintains substantially lower operating temperatures and higher efficiency than systems relying on hot-gas bypass. Compatible with standard refrigerants as well as modern HFCs and blends-including R134a, R404A, R507, R407C, and R22-this compressor holds UL, CSA, and ISO 9002 international certifications.
