The 06DR820 is an industrial-grade 6.5 HP semi compressor designed for demanding commercial cooling, process refrigeration, water chillers, and environmental test chambers. Built on a robust 4-cylinder reciprocating platform, this unit delivers a swept displacement of 28.20 m³/h at 1450 RPM. Engineered with oversized internal suction gas channels to minimize turbulence and pressure drop, the 06DR820 provides optimized motor cooling and superior volumetric efficiency across both 50Hz and 60Hz power supplies.

Designed to withstand continuous heavy loads and extreme operating conditions, the 06DR820 incorporates contoured pistons matched to suction valve pockets to minimize clearance volume. Premium Swedish steel valve reeds maximize gas flow while reducing mechanical stress. The internal lubrication loop features an automatic reversible positive-displacement oil pump and drilled connecting rods that deliver oil directly to wrist pins and shaft bearings. Supported by an enlarged 2.6 L oil sump, the compressor protects against sudden oil level drops during cold starts and system transitions.

Energy management is streamlined via an integrated 50% suction cutoff unloading mechanism. By mechanically blocking suction gas to two cylinders during part-load demand, the 06DR820 reduces energy consumption and operating temperatures far more effectively than traditional hot-gas bypass setups.
