The SP4H2200 semi hermetic refrigeration compressor incorporates a high-density inlet suction strainer designed to screen out solid particulate matter, scale, and circuit impurities before suction gas passes into the motor and compression chambers. Located conveniently on the outer end of the suction side, the filter housing allows quick inspection, cleaning, and maintenance access without requiring body housing teardown.

Engineered with a RefComp-designed counterweighted crankshaft, heavy-duty connecting rods, and precision pistons, this 22 HP drive assembly suppresses rotational vibration and operational noise. Wear-resistant bushings fitted to the connecting rod small ends extend component operating life during heavy-duty refrigeration duty cycles, ensuring smooth power transmission across high and low evaporating temperature applications.

Built for dual-frequency electrical supplies (400V/3/50Hz and 460V/3/60Hz), the motor features specialized slot insulation compatible with R22, R134a, R407C, R404A, and R507 refrigerants. Incoming suction gas is guided across the motor winding passages prior to cylinder entry, continuously extracting heat from the stator and rotor to maintain low operating coil temperatures under high condensing loads.
