1).External dimension 32 x 74 x 60 mm is a micro temperature controller suitable for medium / low temperature forced air cooling refrigeration system, with three outputs: one compressor, one evaporator fan and one defrosting (electric heating or hot gas), two NTC probe inputs: one is the storage temperature and the other is the evaporator temperature(Defrost termination temperature + fan stop temperature control), a passive digital switch input; parameters can be set or programmed by keyboard on the panel (hot key).

 

2).The state of the compressor output is based on the temperature measured by the probe. When the temperature is greater than or equal to the set value + hy, the compressor output contact is closed and the compressor runs; when the temperature is less than or equal to the set value, the compressor output contact is open and the compressor stops running.

 

Defrosting

Parameter "TD" gives the defrost type:

Td = El → electric defrosting (when defrosting, the compressor output relay is disconnected)

Td = in → hot gas defrosting (compressor output relay is closed during defrosting)

Other parameters include: parameter "Id" gives defrosting time interval, i.e. how long is defrosting once, while defrosting duration is maximum

The time is given by the parameter "MD"; the parameter "de" gives the defrost termination temperature; it should be noted that no matter "MD"

"De" will exit from defrosting when any condition arrives, while "de" exit and "MD" are generally used to prevent excessive defrosting protection

A dripping time can be set after defrosting, which is set by the parameter "DT". When DT = 0, it means none.

 

Fan

Parameter FC has the following options to determine the operating mode of the fan:

FC = cn → fan and compressor start and stop at the same time, and stop when defrosting

FC = on → the fan operates all the time except when it stops during defrosting.

 

After defrosting, you can set a delay time of fan start corresponding to the dripping time through the parameter "FD".

 

FC = CY → fan and compressor start and stop at the same time, and operate during defrosting

FC = oy → continuous operation of fan (including defrosting period)

 

Another parameter "Fs" can set a temperature. When the temperature of the detector of the evaporator exceeds this temperature, the fan always stops. Only when the temperature is lower than this temperature, the fan can operate, and the air flow can flow, so as to ensure that when the temperature of the evaporator is higher, the heat will not be brought to the space in the warehouse.
