D1.4E9 cooler evaporator unit is specifically engineered for severe low-temperature blast freezing and deep-freeze holding applications down to a -35°C room baseline. Delivering a reliable 1.4 kW nominal cooling capacity at a -42°C evaporating temperature, the internal core combines a staggered tube layout with inner-grooved copper piping. This design significantly increases internal surface area and minimizes oil film thermal resistance. Paired with window-cut, dual sine wave louvered fins featuring wavy edge borders, it generates immediate air turbulence to maximize continuous thermal extraction.

Maximizing storage layout flexibility is crucial in specialized deep-freeze walk-ins and small micro-fulfillment holding lockers. This ceiling-suspended cooler evaporator unit features an ultra-small, low-profile volumetric footprint designed specifically for areas where overhead physical clearance is extremely restricted. By mounting flush against the ceiling panels, it stays entirely out of product packing zones, letting small commercial operations utilize every available cubic meter for inventory storage.

Operating continuously at ultra-low temperatures requires rigorous defense against heavy ice and moisture stress. The unit features an extra-wide 9mm (3 FPI) fin spacing layout to accommodate substantial frost accumulation without dropping static pressure or choking the 2200 m³/h airflow. The outer shell is built from high-tensile spangle-free galvanized steel sheets protected by a heavy anti-corrosion powder coating, while the internal mechanics rely on a 145 W low-temperature external rotor motor with IP55 waterproofing and Class F insulation. Rapid, efficient ice clearance is driven by a 2.2 kW independent stainless steel defrost heater system utilizing ultra-low temperature epoxy resin sealed leads.
