This DD-7.0/40 overhead air cooler adopts exclusive 6mm fin spacing layout matched with 40㎡ large heat exchange area, realizing stable 7000W rated cooling capacity. The enhanced copper-aluminum coil structure is tailor-made for high-humidity meat and seafood freezing warehouses, effectively slowing fin surface frost stacking speed and maintaining continuous efficient heat exchange even under long-term high-moisture working conditions.
Equipped with dual 400mm dynamically balanced axial fans, the unit outputs 6800m³/H circulating air volume and 10m far-reaching air range. Internal air duct is polished with flow-guiding structure to cut down turbulent airflow noise, making it an ideal option for cold storage built adjacent to processing workshops or supermarket back storage areas with strict noise control requirements.
Different from small-spec models, this unit is equipped with upgraded 3000W fin defrost heater and 1500W drain pan heating assembly. Two independent power loops can separately start defrost procedure according to real-time frost accumulation, avoiding unnecessary full-power heating waste and greatly improving defrost efficiency in heavy-frost cold room environment.
