DD60 Eco-friendly 11.2kW Air Cooler for Cold Chain Project
DD-11.2/60 cold air cooler is configured with 60㎡ large nominal heat exchange area and standard 6mm fin pitch, supporting stable 11200W rated refrigeration output. Its thickened copper tube and corrugated aluminum fin structure improves anti-frosting performance greatly, perfectly adapting to long-running heavy-load working conditions of large-volume frozen food warehouses and centralized logistics cold storage.
Fitted with dual 500mm high-efficiency axial fans, the unit can reach 11000m³/h total air volume and 15-meter ultra-long air supply range. Optimized internal diversion air duct avoids layered temperature difference in high-space cold room, solving uneven cooling issues common in above-3m-height large cold storage projects.
Equipped with 6000W fin defrost heating tube plus 1500W drain pan heating cable with separated control circuits. The high-power heating configuration rapidly melts thick frost accumulated on coil under continuous low-temperature & high-humidity environment, shortening defrost cycle and maximizing effective refrigeration runtime of the whole cold storage system.
