Features of Freon system:
(1) The Freon refrigeration system needs to be dried, and a dryer is usually installed in the system to prevent "ice plugs" from affecting normal work.
(2) Since the exhaust temperature of Freon 12 and Freon 22 is lower than that of ammonia under the same working conditions: the lubricating oil separated from the oil separator has no coke and can be directly returned to the crankcase of the compressor for re-use. (3) In order to ensure that the lubricating oil can be returned to the compressor smoothly, the freon refrigeration system generally adopts non-flooded evaporation
(4) The freon refrigeration system generally adopts a heat recovery cycle to increase the subcooling degree of the refrigerant before the expansion valve and the superheating degree of the compressor suction, improve the economy of operation, reduce harmful overheating and the occurrence of "liquid market" phenomenon.
High suction temperature:
The high suction temperature is mainly caused by the increase of suction superheat. Note that high suction temperature does not mean high suction pressure, because suction is superheated steam. Under normal circumstances, the compressor cylinder head should be half cool and half hot. If the intake air temperature is too high, the cylinder head will all heat up. If the intake air temperature is higher than normal, the exhaust air temperature will also increase accordingly.
