The significance of controlling Δ t is as follows

Compared with the condensation temperature (equivalent to the saturation temperature of the internal pressure of the shell), when the bottom temperature of the compressor is low, the refrigerant will continue to condense in the compressor. At this time, the oil is diluted by the refrigerant, resulting in insufficient oil film strength and serious wear of the sliding parts. The stipulation of Δ t is to ensure that the refrigerant does not condense in the compressor, so as to prevent the above-mentioned defects.

The common causes of low Δ T are as follows

1. Too much refrigerant is sealed in;

2. The capillary tube is not suitable;

3. Excessive cooling of compressor;

4. Frequent and short-term intermittent operation.
