Analysis of advantages and disadvantages of scroll compressor
advantage:
From the specific structure, the scroll compressor has no suction and exhaust valves, which greatly improves the reliability of high-speed operation. To sum up, the scroll compressor has the following main characteristics:
(1) It belongs to the third generation compressor. Multiple compression chambers work at the same time. The gas pressure difference between adjacent compression chambers is small, the gas leakage is small, and the volumetric efficiency is high, up to 98%, which is about 5% higher than that of the rotor compressor of the second generation compressor;
(2) The eccentric shaft driving the moving vortex disk can rotate at high speed. Therefore, the vortex compressor has small volume and light weight;
(3) The force change of moving parts such as moving vortex disk and main shaft is small, and the vibration of the whole machine is small;
(4) Without suction and exhaust valves, the scroll compressor operates reliably, and is especially suitable for variable speed movement and variable frequency speed regulation technology;
(5) The compression chamber of the scroll compressor is composed of a scroll profile and is a multi chamber compression mechanism. When the center of the moving vortex disk moves around the center of the static vortex disk, the volume of each compression chamber changes with the rotation angle of the main shaft and will be reduced or expanded accordingly, so as to realize the process of gas suction, compression and exhaust. Because the suction and exhaust process is almost continuous, the noise of the whole machine is very low;
