Use appropriate tests to assess the risk of downtime migration as follows:

1. When the system is not running, the ambient temperature is stable at 5 ℃ ° C；

2. Raise the ambient temperature to 20 ℃ ° C and maintained for 10 minutes;

3. Start up Danfoss Performer Refrigeration Compressor and monitor crankcase temperature, oil sight glass status and noise.

The presence of liquid refrigerant in the crankcase can be easily observed through the oil sight glass. The foam in the tank indicates that it is started with liquid. According to the working principle of Performer scroll compressor, abnormal starting noise, lack of oil and low temperature of oil tank indicate refrigerant migration. According to the amount of migration, the following measures can be taken: crankcase heater; Liquid pipe solenoid valve; Evacuation cycle.
