The installation precautions of Danfoss Performer scroll compressor are as follows:

The damping pad can greatly reduce the vibration transmitted from the Danfoss Performer scroll compressor to the frame. The flat gasket must be in close contact with the steel bushing to compress the damping pad, so as to extend the service life of bfma compressor.

Each Denver spoduma compressor is filled with nitrogen of 0.3bar to 0.7bar before leaving the factory and sealed with rubber plug. When releasing the seal nitrogen, the air must be released from the low-pressure needle valve to avoid the compressor oil ejecting. Be careful when removing the sealing plug. First remove the sealing plug at the suction end, and then remove the sealing plug at the exhaust end.

According to the application instructions of Performer scroll compressor, the sealing plug should be removed only before the compressor is connected to the system to prevent moisture from entering the compressor. After the sealing plug is removed, the bFGF compressor should be kept in an upright position to avoid oil outflow.

When connecting the compressor pipes, do not over heat the compressor shell, and do not allow water into the bfma compressor, which will seriously damage the internal components of the compressor. It is strongly recommended to use heat shield or heat absorbing mixture.
