Refrigeration compressor suspected of burning in three cases to deal with: compressor motor is not burned, the current is normal, only the noise.

These three situations correspond to three treatment methods, respectively, as follows.

(2) refrigeration compressor motor is not burned, can run, mechanical good, but the current is large and overload, easy to jump off. In this case, the oil has a slightly burnt smell, discoloration, the system pipeline is still clean, but the metal surface has been acidified system, copper tube wall becomes red. After replacing the new compressor, install a new dryer, and add nitrogen pressure to 10KG/CM2 to detect leakage, no leakage, the remaining nitrogen from the high pressure end of the angle valve to the atmosphere. By the high and low pressure end simultaneously evacuate the vacuum at least to 1000Microns. Add the liquid refrigerant from the liquid pipe part, after reaching 80%~90% of the refrigerant volume, then the machine can be turned on for testing. (The compressor must be warmed up for 2 hours) This situation must pay attention to: the stability of the customer's original power supply and the possible load is too big problem, or the result of stopping the control too often, if not solve these, the danger has always existed, or can not be completely solved.
