The oil sub-tank of the screw compressor works under high temperature and high humidity. All domestic screw compressors are made of carbon steel to make the oil sub-tank, so the internal corrosion of the oil sub-tank is inevitable. When replacing the oil sub-core, the upper part of the oil sub-tank should be cleaned at the same time. After shutdown, the water in the oil sub-tank will gather at the bottom of the oil sub-tank, and the water should be drained once every day before starting. Screw compressors do not operate for a long time, they should be changed and sealed. Some brands of oil return pipelines and control pipelines will use carbon steel pipes and carbon steel joints, and their internal corrosion should be cleaned regularly.

The operating conditions of the screw compressor should be as close as possible to the design parameters of the machine. The discharge pressure of the screw compressor should be controlled within the allowable range. If the discharge pressure is set too high, it is easy to cause the motor to be overloaded. Working pressure is too low for a long time, will increase fuel consumption.
