The BL0T2C00H0 is an electrode steam cylinder designed for 3-phase systems with a rated capacity of 5 to 8 kg/h (Type C HB). Operating on the Joule effect, an electric current passes directly through dissolved minerals in water between immersed metal electrodes, raising the water temperature to boiling point to produce clean steam output.

Equipped with dynamic level control, this steam cylinder regulates steam output proportionally to internal water height and current draw. An integrated fill valve opens automatically as water evaporates to refill the vessel to the required level, closing once the target output is achieved to ensure steady, unattended operation.

Expected Service Life: Designed as a standard disposable unit with an operational lifespan of up to 1 year or 2500 operating hours, depending on water quality, power settings, and limescale accumulation.

Routine Checks (Fortnightly / 300 Hours): Requires visual inspections every fortnight or 300 operating hours to verify leak-free operation, case integrity, and the absence of electrical arcing between electrodes.

Quarterly Maintenance (1000 Hours): Includes detailed checks for water tightness and cover gasket condition to prevent premature depletion from scale deposits.
