RC2-370B Cold Room Screw Type Refrigeration Compressor

Engineered for industrial cold storage, quick-freezing plants, and central cooling installations, the RC2-370B screw type refrigeration compressor utilizes patented 5:6 asymmetric screw rotor profiles machined on high-precision CNC centers. Delivering a volumetric displacement of 366 m³/hr at 50Hz (440 m³/hr at 60Hz) , the unit eliminates reciprocating parts such as pistons and suction valves. This design ensures quiet operation, low mechanical vibration, and continuous mass flow under demanding load profiles.

To maintain high energy efficiency across varying seasonal ambient conditions, the compressor supports five selectable VI ratios. Combined with solenoid-actuated slide valve control, the RC2-370B offers 4-step capacity regulation (35%-50%-75%-100%) as well as continuous stepless modulation from 35% to 100%. This prevents over- or under-compression energy losses in both low-temperature freezing and high-temperature process cooling applications.

Built with a heavy-duty double-walled FC25 gray cast iron casing reinforced by internal structural ribs, the frame maintains dimensional stability without expansion under elevated discharge pressures. An internal 16-liter lubricant sump works alongside a flange-mounted FC500 ductile iron oil separator equipped with a fine demister mesh to minimize oil carry-over. Designed for broad refrigerant include R22, R407C, R404A, R507, R134a, and HFO blends, it protects bearing oil film integrity throughout extended service intervals.
