Engineered to withstand continuous high-load operation in commercial air conditioning plants, the RC2-340B screw ac compressor combines 10 radial and angular-contact ball bearings with an α axial balance piston. This heavy-duty mechanical arrangement neutralizes axial thrust, resists reverse rotation, and maintains tight rotor clearances to extend compressor lifespan under demanding conditions.

The semi-hermetic, flange-mounted induction motor features low-loss core steel laminations and internal cooling guide vanes that direct cold suction refrigerant gas across the stator. Designed for high electrical efficiency and Class F thermal resistance, the powertrain supports Variable Frequency Drive speed control as well as Y-Δ, PWS, and DOL configurations across diverse regional power grids.

To safeguard operational integrity in elevated ambient environments, the unit is fitted with multi-point diagnostic connections including embedded PT100/PT1000 winding sensors, PTC discharge thermistors, oil level switches, and oil pressure differential monitoring ports (Ps-Po / Pd-Po). Dedicated connection ports for motor/chamber liquid injection, external oil coolers, and economizers allow customized thermal management for high-duty chiller applications.
