The RC2-410B semi hermetic screw type compressor features a patented 5:6 asymmetric screw rotor design manufactured on high-precision CNC grinding centers and verified by 3D coordinate measuring systems. Delivering a volumetric displacement of 407 m³/hr at 50Hz with 121HP, it eliminates reciprocating components such as pistons, valve plates, and oil pumps. This rotary displacement structure delivers high volumetric efficiency, quiet running levels, and minimal operating vibration for large-scale chillers and refrigeration systems.

To eliminate energy loss from over-compression or under-compression, the RC2-410B provides five selectable Volume Index ratios. Its hydraulic slide valve mechanism, driven by flanged solenoid valves, allows for both 4-step capacity control (25%-50%-75%-100%) and continuous stepless modulation from 25% to 100%. This ensures precise capacity control and rapid thermal adjustment to match changing system cooling loads.

Constructed with a double-walled gray cast iron FC25 housing with internal stiffening ribs, the 740 kg structural frame resists casing flex under high-pressure conditions. An internal 16-liter lubricant sump works alongside a ductile iron FC500 flange-on oil separator and fine demister mesh to minimize oil carry-over and preserve lubricant viscosity. Comprehensive protection includes embedded PTC thermistors, electronic protection modules for phase loss and sequence tracking, and dual pressure differential ports (Ps-Po and Pd-Po) for continuous oil filter condition monitoring.
