Traditional space-constrained cold storage solutions frequently encounter slow cooling cycles and localized temperature zones, which accelerate stock spoilage. The D4.9E4.5 evaporator unit solves this operational issue by incorporating a staggered internal copper piping network combined with dual sine wave louvered fins featuring wavy edges. This advanced design significantly lowers the oil film thermal resistance while creating highly turbulent air circulation, resulting in rapid heat exchange and balanced temperatures across the entire storage enclosure.

Built to withstand continuous high-moisture refrigeration duty, the unit features a rugged steel outer enclosure treated with a premium anti-corrosion powder coating. It is equipped with a high-power, low-temperature external rotor motor that carries an IP55 protection rating and Class F insulation to ensure quiet, long-term operation from -40°C up to 60°C. Offering flexible integration, the coil structure is fully compatible with standard refrigerants including R404A, R507A, R23, R134a, and R22, with every assembly verified through a strict 2.8 MPa clean air pressure test.
