Compressor Tips:

DC variable frequency scroll compressor and digital scroll compressor are two representative of variable capacity Technology (adjusting refrigerant flow according to load change requirements). The main application fields of the two compressors are multi split air conditioning system, but compared with the variable frequency multi split air conditioning system which has entered the market for many years, the digital scroll multi split air conditioning system can only be regarded as a new product. Difference:

1. Working principle: DC variable frequency scroll compressor is realized by direct action of rotating magnetic field generated by motor stator and permanent magnetic field of rotor. Through the DC converter to change the input voltage and frequency, so as to speed the motor. The digital scroll compressor realizes variable capacity by connecting the bypass pipe and suction pipe through an external solenoid valve. It can achieve 0% - 100% regulation.

2. Reliability: the service life of digital scroll compressor is relatively short. The frequent opening and closing of the scroll will greatly damage its service life.

3. Energy saving: digital vortex is better, but the highest digital capacity is 100%, the highest frequency of frequency conversion can reach 120Hz, and the range is large.

4.Environmental protection: the electromagnetic interference of DC frequency conversion compressor is much smaller than that of AC frequency conversion; digital scroll belongs to mechanical operation, and electromagnetic interference can be ignored.
