Preparation before starting the compressor

1. The operation, repair and maintenance of the compressor must be carried out by qualified personnel.

2. The air compressor should be unsealed and cleaned before use, and check whether there is any rust on the friction surface. The rusted area should be cleaned with oil stone grinding and cleaning, and the friction surface should be coated with lubricating oil after unsealing.

3. The compressor base should meet the specified requirements, and the gas pipeline should be cleaned.

4. Check the tightness of the air compressor's motion and static connection parts.

5. Check whether the gap between each part is within the specified range.

6. Check whether the instrument is qualified and properly installed.

7. Check and clean the oil sump of the fuselage, inject clean lubricant to the specified height as required.

8. Check and clean the lubricator, inject clean compressor oil to the specified height, and shake the lubricator handle to check whether the lubricator is normal.

9. Check whether the cooling water process meets the requirements, whether the water channel is smooth, and whether there is water leakage.

10. Check the outside of the compressor and motor, remove tools and all unrelated items.

11. If the turning gear is 2-3 turns, the operating mechanism should be free from jamming and impact.

12. If there are special venting and unloading valves on the exhaust line, they must be fully opened.

13. Check whether the control and safety protection devices of the air compressor are intact.
