1. "Replacement of three filters", "Air filter element" is recommended to be replaced for 500 hours for the first time, every 1000-1500 hours under normal conditions; "Oil filter element", replaced for 500 hours for the first time, every 1500-2000 hours for normal conditions; "Oil and gas separation" Replacement ”, the normal service life is about 3000 hours;

2. Change the lubricant regularly. As the running time increases, the lubricating oil will continue to oxidize with oxygen and form a large amount of deposits. The lubricating performance will slowly decline and affect the operation of the machine. The new oil is replaced after 500 hours of running-in period of the new machine. After every 2000 hours of operation, the lubricating oil must be checked frequently during use. When the oil level line is too low, new oil should be added in time, and the lubricating oil must be used frequently. Drain condensate, generally once a week, should be discharged in 2-3 days under high temperature climate. Non-original lubricants have poor anti-foaming properties and will generate a lot of foam, so that the oil core is immersed in the oil and gas mixture, which affects the oil and gas seperate effect.

3. Belts, couplings, regular inspection, timely maintenance or replacement if loose;

4. Check the outlet temperature of the machine head, check the temperature control elements and clean the radiator if necessary;

5. Periodic inspection of exhaust pressure, adjustment of pressure switch, regulator valve, system inspection and repair when abnormal;

6. The operation time of the air compressor is regularly recorded, and the wearing parts are replaced as required;

7. Check whether there is air leakage, oil leakage and water leakage in the whole set of equipment, and check whether the relevant pressure meets the standard.

In addition, the temperature is very low throughout the winter. Dear Air Compressor users, please do a good job in insulating the air compressor equipment:

1. Increase the temperature (above 0 ℃) in the air compressor room appropriately, and insulate the air compressor unit.

2. Insulate the relevant pipelines to ensure that the condensate discharged during the operation of the air compressor is not frozen.

3. After the air compressor is shut down, open the relevant drain valves of the gas tank, dryer, and various pipelines, and drain the condensate completely before closing the valve; prevent the related pipelines from being frozen.

4. Choose antifreeze hydraulic oil. Diesel mobile air compressor is best to add -10 diesel.

5. Start the air compressor 2-3 times. After preheating for about 10 minutes, pause for a few minutes, then start and run according to the normal process.

6. For the air compressor that has been shut down for a long time, it is necessary to check the oil circuit and other conditions. After everything is normal, start the air compressor.
