If the electrical components get wet, please use a hot air gun or a hair dryer to dehumidify (do not blow the electrical components on the front, the temperature of the hot air is recommended to be 40 ℃ -50 ℃);

2. Check whether the external power supply is normal.

3. Check whether the line in the air compressor is damaged or loose.

4. Check whether the oil level is within the normal range.

5. Open the drain valve of the oil and gas barrel, confirm whether there is condensation of water, place it clean, and check the oil quality;

6. Check whether there is dust accumulation on the outside of the radiator and the empty filter element;

7. Check that the compressor outlet valve is normally open;

8. Please pay attention to the temperature of the compressor room in cold areas. The ambient temperature should be at least 10 ℃.

9. Since the air compressor has been in a shutdown state for a long time, all the lubricating oil in the system is stored in the oil and gas barrels. At this time, the fluidity of the lubricating oil is poor, which may cause high temperature alarm and other failures during startup. start up.

The operation is as follows:

(1) Turn on the emergency stop button and power on for 15 minutes;

(2) Press the start button and run for 8 seconds;

(3) Press the stop button, turn off the emergency stop button and wait for 30 seconds;

(4) Repeat "Start and Stop" at least three times.
