Problems That Are Easily Overlooked By Compressors
Mar 11, 2020
1. The vibration generated when the compressor is running is small, so no special fixing parts are needed to fix the air compressor, but the installation ground must be flat and the ground should have sufficient load bearing to prevent the air compressor from being unbalanced. Vibration causes noise.
2. If the compressor is installed upstairs, anti-vibration measures must be taken to prevent the vibration from being transmitted downstairs or causing resonance to cause harm to the air compressor and the building, reducing potential safety hazards.
3. Due to the large heat dissipation of the compressor, whether it is an air-cooled model or a water-cooled model, a good ventilation environment is required. If the ambient temperature is too high, the air compressor will run at high temperature or shut down in excessive temperature. However, it cannot be placed in the open air. Sun and rain are not conducive to the use of air compressors and reduce the service life of the machine.
4. The compressor should be placed in a dry environment as much as possible. There is a lot of moisture in the humid air. When filtering the air, there is more condensed water precipitation. Frequent drainage is required otherwise the quality of the compressed air will be affected.
