The RC2-310B semi hermetic screw compressor utilizes a patented 5:6 asymmetric screw rotor profile manufactured on high-precision CNC machining centers. Delivering a volumetric displacement of 308 m³/hr at 50Hz (371 m³/hr at 60Hz) with a 91 HP / 110 HP nominal rating, the compressor eliminates wearing parts like pistons and suction valves, resulting in smooth rotational balance, lower sound output, and minimal structural vibration.

To prevent energy penalties caused by over- or under-compression in variable-climate HVAC and process cooling applications, the RC2-310B supports multiple interchangeable Volume Index options. Solenoid-actuated capacity control enables precise output matching via 4-step regulation (35%-50%-75%-100%) or continuous stepless adjustment from 35% to 100%.

Engineered with a double-walled gray cast iron FC25 frame with internal stiffening ribs, the housing resists expansion under extreme operating pressures. An oversized 16-liter oil sump and direct flange-on FC500 ductile iron oil separator keep oil carry-over to a minimum. System safety is maintained by embedded PTC motor thermistors, optional liquid injection cooling ports, and oil differential pressure monitoring interfaces.
