RC2-340B-Z Air Cooled Commercial Refrigeratoin AC Screw Compressor

The RC2-340B ac screw compressor features patented 5:6 asymmetric rotor geometry engineered for large-capacity central air-conditioning and process cooling systems. Delivering a displacement of 339 m³/hr at 50Hz (407 m³/hr at 60Hz), it eliminates wearing components like pistons and suction valves to achieve high volumetric efficiency, smooth rotary operation, and minimal mechanical sound.

Engineered with a double-walled FC25 gray cast iron housing supported by internal structural ribs, the compressor maintains housing rigidity without expansion during high-pressure cycles. An oversized 16-liter lubricant sump paired with a flange-mounted FC500 ductile iron oil separator and fine demister mesh minimizes oil carry-over, preserves refrigerant purity, and maintains stable oil viscosity under heavy duty.

The unit provides flexible part-load management through 4-step regulation or continuous stepless control (35%-100%) via flanged solenoid valves. Driven by a Class F insulated, 3-phase induction motor cooled by cold suction vapor, the RC2-340B supports multiple Volume Index options (2.2 to 4.8) and refrigerant include R22, R407C, R404A, R507, R134a, and HFO blends.
