Rigid FC25 Housing & Advanced Oil Management
Built with a double-walled gray cast iron FC25 casing equipped with internal structural ribs, the compressor maintains rigid dimensional stability under high pressure. Oil separation is handled via a direct flange-on FC500 ductile iron separator containing a low-pressure-drop fine demister mesh and a high-volume oil sump. The integrated 14-liter lubricant system minimizes oil carry-over and maintains optimal oil viscosity across broad operating ranges.
