Refcomp SP4H3000 AC Semi Hermetically Sealed Compressor

The SP4H3000 semi hermetically sealed compressor is equipped with wear-resistant sleeve bearings (bushings) combined with dedicated thrust washer sets to eliminate axial and radial shaft wear. Engineered to handle heavy mechanical loads with low noise generation, the bearing and forced lubrication assembly ensures efficient thermal dissipation, giving the internal drive mechanism a design service life of 60,000 to 80,000 operational hours.

To protect against internal pressure buildup, this semi hermetically sealed compressor features a high-precision safety relief valve bridging the discharge and suction chambers. Built for reliable sealing under standard conditions, the valve automatically opens to vent excess pressure safely into the low-pressure suction side if internal pressure exceeds safety margins, protecting the 28 bar body housing without venting refrigerant to the exterior atmosphere.

Featuring a large 54 mm (2-1/8") suction stop valve and a 28 mm (1-1/8") discharge stop valve, the SP4H3000 supports 360° rotational positioning during assembly. This adaptable mounting design simplifies pipework layout, reduces mechanical stress on external lines, and allows flexible installation within compact refrigeration racks and chiller frames.
