The SP4HN1000(SP4HN100E) semi hermetic compressor is equipped with heavy-duty suction (28 mm / 1-1/8") and discharge (22 mm / 7/8") stop valves that support 360° rotational adjustment. This flexible mounting design simplifies pipework alignment and reduces installation footprint in compact condensing units or chiller frames.
INT69B2 Electronic Motor Protection
To safeguard electrical components against phase failure and thermal overload, this semi hermetic compressor incorporates an INT69B2 electronic motor protection module (230V/1Ph/50-60Hz) paired with embedded PTC thermistor sensors. The module monitors winding temperatures continuously, preventing motor burnout during abnormal power fluctuations or extreme pressure conditions.
Heavy-Duty Sliding Bearings & Thrust Washers
Engineered with high-wear sleeve bearings (bushings) combined with thrust washer sets, the internal drive mechanism prevents axial and radial friction wear. Designed for high load capacity and low operating noise, the lubrication system ensures efficient thermal dissipation, extending the service life of this 10 HP semi hermetic compressor up to 60,000 to 80,000 operational hours.
