The SP4HN1200(SP4HN120E) semi hermetic reciprocating compressor is engineered with a compact cast body supporting working pressures up to 28 bar. Its internal spatial layout incorporates direct suction flow channels that minimize gas flow pressure drop while routing cool suction gas across the motor windings prior to compression. 

Featuring a RefComp-designed counterweighted crankshaft, wear-resistant connecting rods, and high-strength pistons, this 4-cylinder semi hermetic reciprocating compressor minimizes gas pulsation and operational noise. Small-end connecting rod bushings reduce axial wear under continuous load, maintaining stable mechanical performance during long-term refrigeration cycles.

This 4-cylinder semi hermetic reciprocating compressor incorporates a two-stage energy regulation mechanism providing 100% and 50% capacity steps. The step-control feature allows system automation to modulate compressor output in response to changing refrigeration loads, helping prevent excessive unit cycling and optimize partial-load energy efficiency.
