The motor embedded in this semi sealed compressor is engineered with custom insulation materials to ensure full compatibility with R22, R407C, R134a, R404A, and R507 refrigerants. Designed to support part-winding (PW) startup, it reduces inrush starting current down to 106 A while optimizing power consumption during continuous operation. The motor stator and windings are continuously cooled by incoming suction gas directed from the inlet shut-off valve through internal passages, maintaining stable motor operating temperatures under dual-frequency 400V/3/50Hz and 460V/3/60Hz electrical supplies.

To ensure long-term operational safety, this semi sealed compressor is equipped with a dedicated INT69B2 electronic motor protection module powered by a standard 230V/1Ph/50-60Hz supply. Working in conjunction with embedded PTC thermistor sensors located directly inside the motor windings, the module monitors coil temperature in real time. It automatically interrupts power to prevent motor burnout in the event of electrical phase loss, thermal overload, or insufficient suction gas cooling.

For reliable overpressure protection, this semi sealed compressor incorporates an internal safety valve positioned between the high-pressure discharge chamber and the low-pressure suction side. Manufactured to precision sealing standards, the relief valve accurately opens when internal body pressure exceeds safety limits, enabling rapid gas discharge back to the low-pressure side before safely reseating. This internal mechanism protects the structural housing up to maximum working pressures of 28 bar without releasing refrigerant into the surrounding ambient environment.
