Designed to ensure complete structural safety under high-pressure conditions, this reciprocating semi hermetic compressor features an internal pressure relief safety valve mounted between the discharge chamber and low-pressure suction side. Manufactured with high sealing accuracy, the valve automatically trips to equalize internal body pressure if limits exceed normal operating thresholds, safely discharging gas internally within the 28 bar housing without releasing refrigerant into the external environment.

Equipped with a RefComp-designed counterweighted crankshaft, heavy-duty connecting rods, and high-strength pistons, the 6-cylinder drive layout drastically reduces mechanical dynamic imbalance and gas discharge pulsation. Heat-resistant bushings fitted to the connecting rod small ends reduce wear under heavy continuous loads, ensuring long-term mechanical stability for high-capacity cooling installations.

Built for part-winding (PW) starting on 400V/3/50Hz and 460V/3/60Hz electrical systems, the heavy-duty motor uses specialized slot insulation fully compatible with R22, R134a, R407C, R404A, and R507 refrigerants. Cold suction gas passes directly across the stator and rotor windings before cylinder intake, continuously extracting heat to maintain safe motor coil temperatures even under severe condensing conditions.
