Engineered for large-scale refrigeration systems, this 6-cylinder semi hermetic compressor features a 3-stage energy modulation mechanism providing 100%, 66%, and 33% capacity steps. The multi-stage capacity control allows automated control systems to balance compressor output against varying heat loads, significantly lowering power consumption and preventing system short-cycling under partial-load conditions.

The SP6H4000 semi hermetic compressor comes equipped with a 54 mm (2-1/8") suction stop valve and a 35 mm (1-3/8") discharge stop valve that support 360° rotational adjustment during assembly. This flexible orientation simplifies pipework alignment, reduces structural stresses on external lines, and accelerates installation in compact multi-compressor racks or liquid chiller packages.

To ensure long-term electrical safety under heavy continuous operating conditions, this semi hermetic compressor is fitted with an INT69B2 electronic motor protection module (230V/1Ph/50-60Hz) paired with PTC thermistor sensors embedded directly inside the motor windings. The module continuously monitors internal coil temperatures and immediately disconnects control circuits during thermal overloads, phase failure, or insufficient motor cooling.
