In heavily high-traffic walk-in configurations, constant door openings introduce heavy ambient moisture that quickly chokes standard closely pitched coils. This heavy-duty model resolves this operational issue by utilizing a wide 6mm (4 FPI) fin spacing combined with a staggered tube arrangement. This structural architecture accommodates massive frost deposits without collapsing static pressure or blocking airflow, ensuring your system maintains continuous cooling cycles and avoids harmful compressor short-cycling during peak storage activity.

Built to survive the severe moisture and thermal stress of commercial low-temperature refrigeration, the outer chassis features high-tensile steel sheets treated with an anti-corrosion powder coating. The internal mechanics rely on two 145 W low-temperature external rotor motors running at a flexible 220V/380V configuration, complete with IP55 dust-and-waterproofing and Class F electrical insulation. Every evaporator coil is verified at a strict 2.8 MPa clean air pressure test, guaranteeing safe integration with R404A, R507A, R23, R134a, and R22 refrigerants.
