Air compressor maintenance head cleaning

The air compressor has been used for a long time, and there will be grease, carbon deposits, deposits, rust, etc. inside, and there will be black rubber like asphalt. Therefore, it is necessary to use cleaning agents on a regular basis to clean the inside of the machine head, paint bucket, radiator, oil pipe, etc., so as to eliminate the hidden dangers.

Air compressor head cleaning method:

1. First run the Jaguar air compressor for a few minutes, and the oil reaches normal temperature;

2. Shut down the Jaguar air compressor, wait for the internal pressure to drain, open the fuel cap, pour the cleaning agent, and tighten the fuel cap;

3. Turn on the air compressor and run for 30 minutes;

4. Drain the old engine oil, and then add the new engine oil.

After cleaning, the temperature of the air compressor drops by at least about 10 degrees.
