Reasons for Individual Screw Compressors Not Starting

Causes:

1、High exhaust pressure

2, exhaust check valve leakage

3, oil accumulation in the machine or too much liquid rub

4, energy regulation is not in the zero position

5、Part of the mechanical wear and tear

6, pressure relay failure or set the pressure is too low

Elimination method:

1, open the suction valve, so that the high pressure gas back to the low pressure system

2、Check the check valve, and repair

3、Discharge the accumulated liquid in the cavity by hand disk coupling

4、Unload recovery to 0%

5、Disassemble and repair, replace, adjust
