Why Screw Compressor Exhaust Pressure Is Too High Or Too Low?

Too high discharge pressure

Causes：

1. The cooling water is too little and the water temperature is too high

2. Refrigerant system has too much refrigerant or there is not

Condensing gas

3. The exhaust three-way valve is not open enough

4. Condenser tube scaling

Solution：

1. Increase the water supply, adjust the opening degree of the water supply valve, and reduce the temperature of cooling water

2. Exclude excessive refrigerant or non-condensing gas

3. Open the pipeline three-way valve

4. Clean the scale in the pipe

Too low exhaust pressure

Causes:

1. Too much cooling water

2. Insufficient refrigerant

3. Compressor unloading work

Solution：

1. Check the cooling water quantity

2. Refill refrigerant

3. Check the reason of unloading
