Designed to tackle severe pressure ratios in low-temperature food preservation and process freezing. Liquid refrigerant injection regulates internal discharge gas temperatures under high pressure ratios, protecting lubricant film strength without compromising volumetric efficiency. Paired with an eco-port, system cooling capacity is boosted while energy consumption per kilowatt of cooling is reduced.

Unlike open-type compressors that require vulnerable mechanical shaft seals, the RC2-510B houses both the motor and screw rotors within a continuous, heavy-duty FC25 cast iron casing tested to 42 Kg/cm²G hydrostatic pressure. The embedded 3-phase, 2-pole squirrel cage induction motor is cooled directly by returning suction gas, maintaining stable Class F motor insulation temperatures even during sustained full-load running while completely eliminating refrigerant leakage through drive shaft seals.

Engineered for continuous operation, the internal mechanical assembly relies on a 10-bearing combination-utilizing radial roller bearings for high radial loads and precision angular-contact axial ball bearings to absorb axial thrust forces. An integrated α axial balance piston offsets pressure differential thrust, while internal electronic protection modules continuously monitor phase sequencing to prevent damaging reverse rotor rotation upon system startup.
