High-Volume Oil Management and Ductile Separator
This compressor incorporates an expanded 20L internal lubricant sump alongside a direct flange-on FC500 ductile iron oil separator. The multi-stage separation system features a low-pressure-drop fine demister mesh that prevents refrigerant dilution in the lubricant and maintains high oil film viscosity. Optional 150W or 300W oil sump heaters prevent cold-start lubricant migration during extended standby periods.
Precise Load Modulation and Wide Application Flexibility
Equipped with flanged solenoid valves controlling an internal slide valve mechanism, it offers both 4-step capacity control and continuous stepless modulation. Five interchangeable Volume Index ratios allow exact matching to high, medium, or low evaporating temperatures to eliminate over- or under-compression energy penalties.
